How do I get my referral link?
Create a free account or sign in. Your unique link and code show up on your dashboard under the Referral section. Click copy and share it anywhere.
When are my points awarded?
Points are credited as soon as your friend's first order is marked as Processing or later. The points belong to you immediately and never expire.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have 50+ points (5 referrals), you'll see a "Redeem 50 points for $100 off" checkbox at checkout (orders $200 and over). Tick it to apply the discount before placing your order.
Can I refer myself or the same friend twice?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are detected and won't earn points. Each friend can only count as one successful referral.
Do my points expire?
Your points never expire. Save them up for a big order whenever you're ready.
